As a US Payroll Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of payroll processing, ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time. You will navigate the complexities of US tax laws, handle garnishments, and manage deductions with a high degree of accuracy. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end US payroll processing for multiple states, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Ensure full compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations and labor laws.
- Review payroll data, process deductions, and handle garnishments and other deductions.
- Reconcile payroll accounts and generate accurate payroll reports for management.
- Assist with year-end payroll processing, including W-2s and 1099s.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Participate in payroll audits and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
- 2+ years of experience in US payroll operations, payroll processing, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of US payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, Paychex, or similar).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
