Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and resolve complex US payroll inquiries and concerns via phone, email, or chat.
- Handle escalated payroll issues with a focus on quick and accurate resolution.
- Maintain compliance with US payroll regulations and company financial policies.
- Analyze payroll data to identify discrepancies and implement effective corrective actions.
- Provide exceptional support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline payroll processes and improve service delivery.
- Document all interactions accurately within the CRM system for tracking and reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience in a financial, accounting, or payroll-related role.
- Strong understanding of payroll concepts, calculations, and US-specific financial regulations.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, for data handling and analysis.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle escalations with professionalism.
- Amenable to working on shifting schedules as required by US business operations.
