- Process US payroll accurately and efficiently in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding payroll processing, deductions, and tax filings
- Handle escalations from customers with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to resolve payroll discrepancies and issues
- Stay updated on US tax laws, payroll regulations, and industry best practices
- Assist in month-end and year-end payroll processing activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of US payroll processing experience
- Knowledge of US federal and state tax regulations and payroll requirements
- Proficiency in payroll software and MS Office applications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Willingness to work in Pasig City, Metro Manila
