In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to US clients regarding their payroll inquiries. You will process payroll data, address customer concerns, and manage escalations efficiently to ensure a seamless experience for every client.
As a US Payroll Representative, you will play a key role in financial administration, ensuring accuracy in data processing while maintaining strict compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
Tanggung Jawab
- Process US payroll requests and verify data accuracy for employee compensation.
- Respond to customer queries regarding pay slips, deductions, and payroll schedules via phone and email.
- Manage and resolve escalated customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the finance and operations teams to ensure timely payroll processing.
- Maintain accurate records of all payroll transactions and customer interactions.
- Adhere to company guidelines and industry compliance standards.
- Provide training and support to junior team members when required.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in a Financial BPO or Payroll setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business preferred).
- Strong understanding of basic payroll concepts and financial terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy.
