Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 6 months of experience in payroll, accounting, or financial services
- Strong knowledge of US payroll processes and regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and payroll software
- Ability to work in a rotational shift schedule if required
- High attention to detail and numerical accuracy
