- Process and manage US payroll operations with accuracy and timeliness
- Maintain compliance with US federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Calculate and process employee wages, deductions, and benefits
- Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and reports
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on payroll-related matters
- Reconcile payroll accounts and maintain accurate payroll records
- Stay updated on US payroll tax laws and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems (ADP, Paychex, etc.)
- Strong understanding of US federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data processing
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Effective communication skills for interacting with employees and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
