In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining strict adherence to US Federal and State regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process end-to-end US multi-state payroll for FMCNA employees in accordance with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws, including garnishments and levies.
- Perform regular payroll audits and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and data integrity.
- Resolve complex payroll inquiries from employees and internal stakeholders with high professional standards.
- Maintain and update payroll records within the HRIS/Payroll system while ensuring data confidentiality.
- Prepare comprehensive payroll reports, including tax filings and benefit deductions, for management review.
- Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Accounting departments to streamline payroll processes and improve service delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience specifically handling US Payroll processing.
- In-depth knowledge of US tax regulations, FLSA compliance, and wage/hour laws.
- Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., ADP, Workday, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a night-shift environment to align with US business hours.
