- Process US payroll transactions accurately and on schedule
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Handle escalations with professionalism and problem-solving approach
- Ensure compliance with US federal and state payroll regulations
- Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll discrepancies
- Stay updated on changes in US payroll legislation
Kualifikasi
- 1 year of US payroll processing experience
- Familiarity with US payroll systems and tax regulations
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work in a BPO environment with flexible schedules
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance preferred
