Tanggung Jawab
- Process and manage end-to-end US payroll operations for 100+ employees
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries
- Generate payroll reports and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams on tax filings and audits
- Utilize payroll systems (ADP, Paychex) for data processing
- Stay updated on evolving US tax laws and payroll legislation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of US payroll processing experience
- Proficiency in payroll software (ADP, Paychex, or similar)
- Strong knowledge of US tax laws and compliance requirements
- Advanced MS Excel skills with data analysis capabilities
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during nightshift hours
