Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process for US-based clients and Operating Company partners
- Source and screen qualified candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals
- Conduct thorough phone and video interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data in the applicant tracking system
- Stay current with recruitment trends, technologies, and best practices
- Ensure compliance with recruitment policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably with US-based clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
- Ability to work effectively during night shift hours (US time zones)
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Experience with sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques
