In this nightshift role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions, sourcing high-quality candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the hiring process. As a US Recruiter, you will utilize various sourcing strategies to identify passive talent and manage the full recruitment pipeline, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Manage job postings on various platforms and monitor pipeline performance to meet hiring targets.
- Conduct virtual interviews and coordinate technical assessments for US candidates.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and build diverse talent pipelines.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidate data and status updates accurately.
- Build a network of potential candidates and engage with passive talent pools within the US market.
Kualifikasi
- 1-3 years of experience in US IT or general recruitment (full-cycle experience is a plus).
- Must be willing and able to work nightshift hours (US business hours).
- Strong understanding of US labor laws, employment practices, and visa sponsorship processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet strict deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
