Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive direct nursing care to US patients via secure telehealth platforms and virtual consultations.
- Conduct thorough patient health assessments, including reviewing medical history and current symptoms.
- Document clinical findings accurately and update patient records in compliance with US healthcare standards.
- Administer medications and treatments according to approved US protocols and physician orders.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and medication management.
- Collaborate with physicians, care managers, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary to ensure positive health outcomes.
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Must be a Philippine Registered Nurse (PRN) or a PHRn currently enrolled in an NCLEX review program preparing for the US licensure exam.
- Strong clinical background with experience in medical-surgical, acute care, or similar nursing specialties.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, virtual environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in using computer systems, electronic health records (EHR), and telehealth software.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to handle patient inquiries and clinical situations effectively.
