In this role, you will take ownership of critical financial operations for our US-based clients, ensuring absolute precision, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial health. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility of working from the comfort of your home in Cebu, coupled with a highly attractive 25% night shift differential.
As a US Senior Accountant, you will act as a key pillar in our financial reporting and compliance structure. You will manage full-cycle accounting workflows, utilizing state-of-the-art ERP systems to optimize processes. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage general ledger (GL) activities, ensuring accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing processes.
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP), and end-to-end payroll processing for US entities.
- Perform comprehensive bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations to maintain ledger integrity.
- Prepare high-quality financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses in strict accordance with US GAAP.
- Leverage and optimize ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) to streamline accounting workflows and automate manual processes.
- Collaborate with US-based stakeholders and external auditors to support annual audits and tax filing requirements.
- Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to aid leadership in budgeting, forecasting, and decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field; a CPA license is highly advantageous.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of solid experience in general accounting, specifically supporting US clients or organizations.
- Strong technical proficiency in US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and financial reporting standards.
- Hands-on experience with major accounting ERPs such as NetSuite, QuickBooks Online/Enterprise, or SAP.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with international teams.
- Willingness to work a permanent US night shift schedule to ensure real-time alignment with overseas clients.
- Advanced analytical skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, financial modeling).
