Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations for US entities including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with US GAAP standards
- Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and regulatory examinations
- Implement and maintain robust internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation activities
- Assist in tax preparation and compliance for US federal and state requirements
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA license required)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with US GAAP compliance
- Proven expertise in multi-entity accounting and consolidation processes
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of US tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
