National Data And Surveying Services Inc is seeking a highly skilled US Senior Accountant to join our expanding finance team. We are looking for a US Accounting Manager with strong QuickBooks experience who is ready to take on complex financial challenges. In this role, you will ensure the integrity of our financial records and drive operational excellence through rigorous accounting processes.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounting operations, preparing detailed financial reports, and ensuring strict compliance with US GAAP standards. You will collaborate closely with management to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll, tax filings, and government remittances.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to maintain data integrity.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts for the organization.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors during annual reviews.
- Maintain and optimize the company's accounting software, specifically QuickBooks Pro/Premier.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA certification preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in US accounting and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks (Desktop or Online) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong working knowledge of US tax laws, regulations, and payroll processing.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
