Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and execute complex financial audits for US-based clients in accordance with US GAAP and GAAS standards.
- Perform comprehensive risk assessments and identify internal control weaknesses within client financial systems.
- Supervise audit engagements, guiding junior team members and reviewing workpapers for accuracy and compliance.
- Draft detailed audit reports and present findings, observations, and recommendations to senior management and clients.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changing regulatory requirements and industry-specific accounting standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of audit deliverables.
- Ensure all audit documentation meets rigorous professional standards and firm quality requirements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related field; CPA license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in external or internal auditing, preferably with US-based clients.
- Deep understanding of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Auditing Standards (GAAS).
- Proficiency in audit software (e.g., Caseware, Wolters Kluwer) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data and identify discrepancies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with international clients effectively.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
