Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping operations for US-based clients using QuickBooks/Xero
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts monthly
- Process payroll and ensure timely tax remittances to US authorities
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Implement internal controls to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years US bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online/Xero and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of US GAAP and IRS tax regulations
- Certification (CPA/ACCA) preferred but not required
- Experience with multi-state sales tax filings
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
