Tanggung Jawab
- Manage endâtoâend accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice entry, approval workflows, and payment scheduling.
- Perform monthly bank, credit card, and subâledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Process US payroll, including calculations, tax withholdings, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Develop and scale financial processes and controls for newly opened venues, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with US tax laws, GAAP standards, and internal policies; prepare documentation for audits.
- Mentor and train junior bookkeeping staff, providing guidance on best practices and technical issues.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
- Collaborate with finance leadership to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CMA certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience, preferably with USâbased operations.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, tax regulations, and payroll compliance.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite; advanced Excel skills required.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines in a remote work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to mentor staff and interact with crossâfunctional teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
