Tanggung Jawab
- Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for US-based clients
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and social media
- Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure qualification alignment with client requirements
- Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to optimize sourcing methodologies and processes
- Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
- Support seasonal hiring campaigns with rapid turnaround requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
- Proven experience with high-volume hiring or seasonal recruitment campaigns
- Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and candidate assessment techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Familiarity with ATS platforms and modern recruitment tools
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven, performance-oriented environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
