  • Execute high-volume sourcing strategies to build robust candidate pipelines for US-based clients
  • Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards, LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and social media
  • Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure qualification alignment with client requirements
  • Manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
  • Collaborate with recruitment teams to optimize sourcing methodologies and processes
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation in the applicant tracking system
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment cycle
  • Support seasonal hiring campaigns with rapid turnaround requirements

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition
  • Proven experience with high-volume hiring or seasonal recruitment campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and candidate assessment techniques
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
