Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates for US-based roles.
- Manage the full-cycle sourcing process, including resume screening and initial phone screenings.
- Build and maintain high-quality talent pipelines for recurring niche roles.
- Partner closely with recruitment leads to understand client requirements and role specifications.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate skills, salary expectations, and cultural fit.
- Maintain an organized and updated database of potential candidates for future requirements.
- Utilize social media, job boards, and professional networking sites to boost employer branding and reach.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in US recruitment or sourcing.
- Strong understanding of US labor markets and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed daily and weekly sourcing KPIs.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work within US time zones as required.
