Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical needs, and cultural fit for specific US market demands.
- Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and alignment with company goals.
- Facilitate the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records in our ATS.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and time-to-fill targets.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on the US labor market.
- Demonstrated proficiency in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication with US-based stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Reliable home office setup with stable high-speed internet connectivity.
