Are you an experienced recruiter with a deep understanding of the US labor market? Booth & Partners is looking for a high-performing US Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in scaling our clients' organizations by identifying, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent for diverse roles.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of high-quality candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical needs, and cultural fit for specific US market demands.
  • Conduct initial candidate interviews to assess skills, qualifications, and alignment with company goals.
  • Facilitate the scheduling and coordination of interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking records in our ATS.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, pipeline health, and time-to-fill targets.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, specifically focusing on the US labor market.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in headhunting and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal, for effective communication with US-based stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Proficiency in G-Suite, MS Office, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Reliable home office setup with stable high-speed internet connectivity.
