As a Talent Assessor, you will be the gatekeeper of quality, responsible for deeply evaluating and screening candidates against specific functional requirements. Tanggung Jawab

  • Conduct in-depth phone, video, and technical assessments of candidates to evaluate their suitability for specific US client roles.
  • Review and analyze resumes and application materials against job requirements, identifying top-tier talent for the client's designated functional area.
  • Provide detailed and constructive feedback to candidates and hiring managers, maintaining a high-touch, white-glove candidate experience throughout the assessment process.
  • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline, ensuring timely and accurate dispositioning of applicants within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Collaborate closely with US-based recruitment teams and hiring managers to understand evolving needs and calibrate on candidate quality standards.
  • Document and report key metrics and insights regarding candidate quality and pipeline health to stakeholders.

Kualifikasi

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, talent assessment, or HR coordination, preferably within a BPO or shared services environment supporting US clients.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, with a neutral or American accent.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, with the ability to accurately assess candidate fit based on complex job specifications.
  • Proven experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, Avature, Workday) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of organization and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work on a permanent night shift schedule (US business hours) in Pasig City.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
