Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Ensure full compliance with IRS regulations and reporting requirements.
- Manage and organize tax workpapers and supporting documentation with precision.
- Assist in the preparation of tax audits and resolve inquiries from tax authorities.
- Monitor changing US tax laws to ensure organizational compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline tax reporting workflows.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security regarding sensitive financial information.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in US Tax or Accounting.
- Solid understanding of US tax principles, credits, and deductions.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first setup.
- CPA license or equivalent certification is a plus but not required.
