Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end preparation and review of complex US individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns.
- Provide expert technical guidance on US tax compliance, planning, and research to support international clients.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of tax associates to ensure high-quality output and adherence to deadlines.
- Maintain deep knowledge of current US tax legislation, updates, and IRS requirements to ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex tax issues and improve internal tax processing workflows.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client escalations, ensuring effective communication and resolution of tax-related queries.
- Conduct regular quality assurance reviews on tax filings to mitigate risk and maintain accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in US taxation within a public accounting firm or a multinational organization.
- Expert-level proficiency in US federal and multi-state tax laws and regulations.
- Strong leadership experience with a proven track record of managing teams and mentoring staff.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., CCH Axcess, UltraTax, Lacerte) and MS Office Suite.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills for professional client interaction.
