Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end US tax preparation and review process for a diverse client base.
- Perform comprehensive technical reviews of complex individual and corporate tax returns.
- Ensure full compliance with IRS regulations and stay updated on evolving tax laws and policies.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to help clients optimize their tax positions.
- Mentor and coach junior accounting staff to maintain high standards of accuracy and performance.
- Resolve complex tax inquiries and represent clients in communications with tax authorities if necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflow processes and improve operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Active Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is required.
- Minimum of 5+ years of extensive experience in US tax preparation and review.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and advanced cloud-based accounting software.
- In-depth knowledge of US tax codes, tax research platforms, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in remote team management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
