Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review US federal and state tax returns for individuals and businesses.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and stay updated on tax law changes.
- Organize and maintain financial records, receipts, and documentation.
- Calculate tax liabilities, deductions, and credits accurately.
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and resolve queries.
- Assist with tax planning and strategy to optimize client outcomes.
- Support the team during audits and respond to IRS notices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Tax Preparer or similar role, preferably with US tax.
- Strong knowledge of US tax codes, forms, and filing procedures.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Drake Tax) and MS Office.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Enrolled Agent (EA) preferred.
