Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and file federal and state income tax returns for a diverse portfolio of US clients.
  • Review client financial documents, including W-2s, 1099s, and K-1s, to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Communicate complex tax concepts and return results to clients in a clear, professional, and approachable manner.
  • Ensure strict compliance with IRS regulations and applicable local tax laws.
  • Assist with tax planning strategies and year-end compliance for high-net-worth individuals and corporations.
  • Utilize tax preparation software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries) efficiently to manage high-volume returns.
  • Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and adjust filing strategies accordingly.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of verifiable experience as a US Tax Preparer or in a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in tax preparation software (e.g., Lacerte, ProSeries, Drake).
  • Strong working knowledge of Form 1040, Schedule C, Schedule E, and other relevant tax forms.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client interaction.
  • Ability to work efficiently during peak tax seasons and meet strict deadlines.
