- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge for refurbished mobile phones
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems
- Manage inventory, including receiving stock, checking devices, and maintaining displays
- Conduct quality checks and basic troubleshooting for pre-owned smartphones
- Implement store merchandising standards to maximize visual appeal
- Handle customer inquiries regarding device specifications, warranties, and financing options

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
