We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced User Acceptance Tester (UAT) to join the dynamic team at PT Mitra Solusi Lelang. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that our software applications meet business requirements and deliver a seamless user experience before deployment. You will act as a critical gatekeeper for our products, validating functionality, identifying defects, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and business stakeholders.
As a UAT Tester, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive test plans, validating user scenarios, and ensuring the stability of our solutions. Tanggung Jawab
- Execute test plans and test cases to validate software functionality against defined business requirements and user stories.
- Identify, document, and track software defects or bugs using the issue tracking system with high precision.
- Collaborate with the development team to verify bug fixes and ensure they meet the acceptance criteria.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing features.
- Participate in requirement gathering and daily stand-up meetings to clarify scope and provide feedback.
- Document test results and provide clear, actionable reports to stakeholders regarding system performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working as a User Acceptance Tester (UAT) or in a Quality Assurance (QA) role.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Good communication skills to effectively convey technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
