- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded
- Deliver insightful analysis and data-driven recommendations to clients, helping them maximize value from our platform

- Drive product adoption and expansion by identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling within client accounts

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or customer relationship roles
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in delivering data-driven insights
- Demonstrated success in driving product adoption and expansion within client accounts
