Tanggung Jawab
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to a team of licensed nurses (USRN/PHRN).
- Monitor and ensure compliance with clinical standards, policies, and project-specific guidelines.
- Conduct regular performance coaching, feedback sessions, and development planning for team members.
- Analyze operational metrics and performance reports to identify areas for process improvement.
- Facilitate team meetings to communicate updates, resolve escalations, and align on goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to meet service level agreements (SLAs) and productivity targets.
- Conduct quality audits to maintain high standards of clinical accuracy and documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Active US Registered Nurse (USRN) license (must be in good standing).
- Active Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN) license.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within a BPO/Clinical environment.
- Deep understanding of US healthcare processes, medical terminology, and clinical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data management software.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, results-oriented setting.
