Tanggung Jawab
- Liaise between clinical staff and IT development teams to translate clinical requirements into technical specifications for informatics systems.
- Review and validate clinical data entry to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to healthcare standards.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data-related issues to minimize clinical downtime.
- Participate in the end-to-end implementation and testing of new healthcare software and electronic health record (EHR) upgrades.
- Conduct training sessions for clinical users on new digital tools and system updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations and healthcare data integrity protocols.
- Document clinical workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the Philippines.
- Previous experience in a clinical setting with a strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with healthcare software is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse technical and non-technical teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
