Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct structured interviews with prospective healthcare professionals to assess clinical competencies, soft skills, and cultural fit.
- Verify and evaluate nursing licenses, certifications, and work history to ensure full compliance with agency standards.
- Analyze candidate profiles and collaborate with recruitment teams to match top talent to specific clinical environments.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interview activities and candidate assessments within our HR systems.
- Provide constructive feedback to recruiters regarding candidate strengths and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and staffing requirements to provide informed guidance to candidates.
Kualifikasi
- Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license (USRN or PHRN strongly preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications are mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interview effectively and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Experience in healthcare recruitment or HR is a significant plus.
