- Conduct comprehensive testing of software applications and systems to identify defects and bugs.
- Document and track software issues using defect tracking tools to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand requirements and validate solutions.
- Perform regression testing to ensure recent updates have not negatively impacted existing functionality.
- Verify the accuracy of data entry and healthcare records to maintain compliance standards.
- Create and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Communicate test results and status updates to stakeholders clearly and effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a QA Specialist or in a similar testing role (1-3 years preferred).
- Familiarity with healthcare software systems, EHR, or medical terminology is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in using testing tools and defect tracking software (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
