As a Utility Maintenance Specialist, you'll be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of various utility systems including electrical, HVAC, water treatment, and compressed air systems. Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of utility systems including electrical, HVAC, water treatment, and compressed air systems
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventive maintenance measures
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and repairs to minimize production downtime
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation for all utility systems
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure utility systems meet operational requirements
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements and system optimization
- Train and mentor junior maintenance staff on proper procedures and techniques
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in utility maintenance, preferably in manufacturing or energy sector
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Strong knowledge of utility systems including electrical, HVAC, water treatment, and compressed air systems
- Certification in relevant maintenance procedures (e.g., HVAC, electrical safety) is highly desirable
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and CMMS systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when necessary
