Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and troubleshooting of all utility systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, air compressors, water treatment plants, and electrical distribution.
- Lead, mentor, and train a team of utility technicians and operators, ensuring high performance, safety compliance, and skill development.
- Develop, implement, and monitor preventive and predictive maintenance programs to maximize utility equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- Analyze utility consumption data, identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to all local and national safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory standards related to utility operations.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and external vendors for planned maintenance, facility upgrades, and new equipment installations.
- Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables for utility systems, ensuring availability while optimizing costs.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on utility performance, maintenance activities, and compliance metrics for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in supervising utility operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably in the food, beverage, or chemical sector.
- Strong technical knowledge of various utility systems, including steam generation, refrigeration, compressed air, water purification, and power distribution.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a skilled workforce.
- Familiarity with local health, safety, and environmental regulations (e.g., K3, AMDAL) applicable to utility operations.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication skills (both Bahasa Indonesia and English) for effective collaboration and reporting.
