Tanggung Jawab
- Validate product specifications and manufacturing processes against quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Conduct thorough review of compliance documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Collaborate with production teams to implement validation protocols and corrective actions
- Maintain detailed validation records and generate comprehensive audit reports
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose improvements to validation methodologies
- Coordinate with external auditors and regulatory bodies during compliance assessments
- Train team members on updated validation procedures and regulatory changes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, Pharmacy, or related scientific field
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in quality assurance, regulatory affairs, or validation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, GMP, or FDA regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple validation projects
- Problem-solving mindset with proactive approach to quality issues
