Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential, commercial, and industrial assets
- Analyze market trends, comparable sales data, and economic indicators to determine accurate property values
- Prepare detailed valuation reports compliant with RISM/AVP standards and client requirements
- Collaborate with real estate agents, legal teams, and financial institutions to gather necessary data
- Utilize valuation software tools and maintain accurate property databases
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting property valuation practices
- Present valuation findings to stakeholders and provide expert consultation on property matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Professional certification in property valuation (e.g., AVP, MRICS) preferred
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in property valuation or real estate analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numerical precision
- Proficiency in valuation software (e.g., ARGUS, ValuEdge) and MS Office Suite
- Excellent written communication skills for report preparation
- Understanding of Malaysian property laws and valuation methodologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple valuation projects
