Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage comprehensive property valuation assignments across various asset classes including residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
- Prepare high-quality, professional valuation reports that meet international and local regulatory standards for banking and corporate clients.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and market research to verify property details, occupancy status, and neighborhood trends.
- Analyze market data, transaction evidence, and economic indicators to provide accurate and defensible valuation opinions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including financial institutions, property developers, and legal firms.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance, valuation guidelines, and ethical standards set by professional bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Estate Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property valuation or a related real estate consulting role.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in MS Excel and valuation software tools.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex legal documents, land titles, and building plans.
- Proactive attitude, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Valid driver’s license and own transport for site inspections within the Johor region.
