Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Ensure strict compliance with vape product regulations and company policies
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supplier relationships for optimal stock management
- Lead by example in providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and implement improvement initiatives
- Train staff on product features, safety protocols, and sales techniques
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance customer experience
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Store Manager in vape or specialty retail
- Deep knowledge of vape products, industry regulations, and emerging trends
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing inventory
- Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with POS systems and retail management software
- Passion for vaping culture and commitment to responsible product usage
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
