In this role, you'll be responsible for documenting, tracking, and managing vendor performance metrics, as well as overseeing IT asset lifecycles from acquisition to disposal.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and performance metrics to ensure optimal service delivery
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
- Develop and implement vendor management strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Conduct regular vendor assessments and audits to ensure compliance with SLAs and contractual obligations
- Coordinate with IT and finance teams to manage budgets for vendor services and IT assets
- Document and maintain comprehensive records of vendor agreements and asset inventories
- Identify opportunities for cost optimization and process improvement in vendor and asset management
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in vendor management and IT asset control
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in vendor management, IT projects, and IT finance
- Strong capability in documenting, tracking, and managing vendor relationships and IT assets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT Management, Finance, or related field
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with both internal stakeholders and external vendors
- Proficiency in asset management software and tools (e.g., SAP, ServiceNow, Freshservice)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in financial documentation
- Certification in vendor management, ITIL, or related field is highly desirable
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
