Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics
- 3+ years of experience in vendor management or procurement
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in vendor performance metrics
- Expertise in contract negotiation and vendor relationship management
- Familiarity with logistics and manufacturing industry standards
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and vendor management tools
- Certification in procurement or supply chain management (CIPS/ISM) preferred
