- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships and contract negotiations for construction-related procurement
- Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with business objectives and budget constraints
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential vendors and evaluate their capabilities
- Review, analyze, and optimize vendor contracts to ensure compliance and mitigate risks
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and deliver solutions
- Monitor vendor performance and implement improvement initiatives as needed
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategic procurement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in vendor management and procurement, preferably in construction or e-commerce
- Strong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable contract terms
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of contract management principles and procurement best practices
- Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office applications
