Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving operational excellence and scaling business growth? Google is seeking a highly analytical and relationship-driven Vendor Performance Manager to join our Global Customer Solutions (GCS) team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind vendor partnerships across the UK, Ireland, and Australia, ensuring our SMB Growth initiatives deliver world-class results.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance management of our vendor ecosystem. By leveraging data-driven insights and fostering strong collaborative partnerships, you will identify opportunities for optimization, implement process improvements, and ensure our vendor partners meet the rigorous quality standards expected at Google.   • Manage vendor performance metrics, ensuring adherence to KPIs and operational excellence standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in the UK, Ireland, and Australia to align vendor strategy with SMB growth goals.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to analyze performance trends, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
  • Mentor and coach vendor leadership teams to drive professional development and service quality.
  • Lead vendor-related projects, from onboarding new partners to scaling existing operations.
  • Ensure compliance with Google’s operational protocols and data security standards.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in vendor management, operations, or customer experience (CX) roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive business decisions.
  • Proven track record of managing global or multi-region vendor partnerships.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and change management.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-growth, ambiguous, and fast-paced environment.
