Tanggung Jawab
- Source and evaluate investment opportunities in consumer-focused startups and growth companies
- Conduct comprehensive due diligence including financial modeling, market analysis, and risk assessment
- Develop and maintain relationships with entrepreneurs, VCs, and industry stakeholders
- Structure and negotiate term sheets, investment agreements, and exit strategies
- Monitor portfolio performance and provide strategic guidance to portfolio companies
- Prepare investment committee materials and financial projections
- Track market trends and competitive dynamics in retail/consumer sectors
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3+ years in venture capital, private equity, or investment banking
- Strong financial modeling and valuation expertise
- Proven deal sourcing and execution experience in consumer/retail sector
- Deep understanding of Indonesian market dynamics and regulatory landscape
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
- Network within Jakarta's startup and VC community
