Tanggung Jawab
- Verify digital loan applications and supporting documents using company verification systems
- Conduct field verification visits for collateral assessment and applicant interviews
- Maintain accurate records of verification processes in digital platforms
- Collaborate with credit analysts to resolve discrepancies in application data
- Ensure compliance with BFI's digital verification policies and regulatory requirements
- Train customers on digital submission processes and document requirements
- Report system issues and suggest improvements to digital verification workflows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma with relevant experience in verification or finance
- Valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) and personal vehicle for field visits
- Proficiency in digital document verification tools and MS Office applications
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia with excellent customer service approach
- High ethical standards and integrity in handling sensitive financial data
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in field environments
- Basic knowledge of financial regulations and lending procedures
