Tanggung Jawab
- Verify and validate all shipment documents including waybills, manifests, and customs forms
- Ensure accuracy of cargo details, weights, dimensions, and shipping information
- Monitor verification processes and identify any discrepancies or irregularities
- Maintain comprehensive records of all verifications and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with warehouse, customs, and transportation teams to resolve documentation issues
- Follow established verification protocols and procedures to maintain quality standards
- Assist in implementing process improvements for more efficient verification operations
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant vocational training is a plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work
- Strong analytical skills with ability to identify discrepancies in documentation
- Responsible work ethic and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or document verification preferred
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet strict deadlines
- Good communication skills for effective coordination with various teams
