Gurita Lintas Samudera is seeking a highly skilled Vessel Controller Manager to lead our maritime operations and drive excellence in fleet management. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader to oversee vessel safety, technical compliance, risk mitigation, and operational efficiency across our fleet. You will directly report to the Board of Directors, shaping critical maritime logistics strategies while leading high-performing teams to achieve organizational goals. Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and optimize fleet operations to ensure maximum safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance
- Develop and implement comprehensive risk mitigation strategies for vessel operations
- Lead, mentor, and develop vessel control teams while fostering a culture of accountability
- Monitor and maintain technical compliance with international maritime regulations (SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM)
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and incident management procedures
- Analyze operational data to identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions
- Collaborate with chartering, technical, and commercial departments for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of maritime experience with 3+ years in fleet management role
- Valid Class 1 Master Mariner or equivalent maritime certification
- Proven expertise in vessel operations, safety management systems, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional maritime teams
- Advanced proficiency in voyage planning software and fleet management systems
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages advantageous
