Join Limin Marine & Offshore as a Vessel Document Coordinator (Offshore) and play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless maritime operations. This position demands meticulous attention to detail in managing all vessel documentation to guarantee full compliance with international regulations, operational requirements, and company standards. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating document renewals, and supporting offshore vessel operations across our fleet. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain comprehensive vessel documentation including certificates, licenses, and operational permits
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, and other international maritime regulations
- Coordinate document renewal processes and track expiration dates for critical certificates
- Prepare and submit documentation for vessel inspections, audits, and port clearance
- Liaise with classification societies, flag states, and regulatory authorities
- Maintain digital and physical documentation systems with version control
- Support offshore operations teams with timely documentation requirements
- Train vessel crews on documentation procedures and compliance standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in vessel documentation coordination
- Deep knowledge of international maritime regulations and compliance frameworks
- Proficiency in document management systems and MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Understanding of offshore vessel operations and industry practices
