In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary point of contact between our veterinary clinics and pet owners. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain client accounts within the VCS system, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments and manage reminder systems to optimize clinic flow.
- Resolve client concerns and complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient care.
- Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate client documentation.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to gauge satisfaction and loyalty.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in customer service, client relations, or the veterinary industry is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and a warm, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in using CRM software or customer service management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- High level of empathy, patience, and understanding when dealing with pet owners.
- Basic knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal care concepts is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace are essential.
